Our fast delivery in the UK is enhanced by the option of free delivery UK on select orders, with all items transported professionally either via our delivery vehicles or through DHL International for seamless international wine shipping.
Delivery to Wales, Scotland and mainland UK (Including FREE delivery subject to the below)
All orders of 6 bottles or more qualify for FREE delivery in the UK, including Wales, Scotland, and mainland UK. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles will incur additional shipping costs (duty must be paid by the buyer once your wine has passed through customs). You can still enjoy FREE delivery UK-wide by using your £30.00 Discount Voucher on orders of £200 or more spent on wines and spirits. For all international wine shipping, we gladly accept your Discount Voucher; however, shipping fees will apply. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon immediate arrival for any shortages or damage. If you do not notify us within 2 hours of delivery, we will assume any shortage or breakage occurred after delivery was made.
EUROPE
We offer both standard (2-5 working days) and express delivery (usually 1-2 days) to European destinations, including our free delivery UK option for qualifying orders. Delivery costs will be calculated after your order is placed, and payment must be made via bank transfer only. We utilize DHL International for all overseas orders as part of our international wine shipping service. Insurance can be provided, but this will be discussed and quoted after purchase, with a separate email sent directly to you. The minimum order is 12 bottles, although certain products such as larger size bottles and special spirits may allow for a single bottle purchase, which will need to be approved directly with us. Please note that any customs charges will need to be covered by the buyer once your wine has cleared customs.
USA
Delivery to Canada may be possible depending on the Territory in which you are based. Please email us with details of your order, and we will make enquiries on your behalf with the necessary local agents to establish whether the import will be possible, including any duties or taxes that may be payable. For those in the UK, we also offer options for free delivery UK, as well as convenient international wine shipping. Delivery costs will be calculated after your order is placed through our wine delivery service.
Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan & South Africa
We offer international wine shipping and can ship both wines and spirits to the above countries. You can conveniently place your orders via our website, with shipment payment due at checkout in addition to your purchase. We utilize DHL International for our deliveries.
